These terms govern access to and use of beninfitaddict.com. Purchases are governed by the Terms of Service and the Refund & Complaints Policy. By using the site, you accept these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose and access

The site presents Beninfitaddict’s fitness coaching activities and lets you buy items and ebooks. Access is free, excluding your own connection costs. We may suspend access for maintenance or in case of force majeure, without any right to compensation.

2. Customer account

You can order with or without an account. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or delete an account in case of fraud, false information or breach of these Terms or of the Responsible Use Charter.

3. Rules of use

In particular, it is forbidden to:

  • use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes or for money laundering;
  • use someone else’s payment method or identity without their permission;
  • try to access restricted areas of the site, disrupt it or scrape its content;
  • post or send abusive, defamatory or unlawful content through the forms.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos, logos, programs and ebooks on the site belong to Beninfitaddict or their authors and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, resale or distribution, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.

5. Health and liability

The programs, advice and content offered (website, ebooks, coaching) are for information only and do not replace medical advice. See a doctor before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or injured. You train at your own risk.

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for site interruptions, viruses or improper use of the content.

6. External links

The site contains links to third-party services (social networks, WhatsApp, PayDunya). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online when you use the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Benin. In case of dispute, we favor an amicable solution before any action before the competent courts of Abomey-Calavi (Benin).
