Terms of Service

Beninfitaddict offers:

Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included. A service fee of 15% of the amount of the items and ebooks is added to every order. Shipping fees (2,000 FCFA, free from 50,000 FCFA) only apply to orders containing physical items. These fees are itemised before payment. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

To order: add products to your cart, enter your details, choose your payment method, check the summary, accept the terms and confirm. The order is only final once PayDunya has confirmed the payment.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, suspected fraud or refusal to provide requested documents (see the KYC Policy). Any amount paid is then fully refunded.

Available payment methods depend on your country: in Benin, Mobile Money (MTN, Moov, Celtiis) or card; in every other country, card. Mobile Money is charged through a payment request you approve on your phone; card details are entered in a secure PayDunya payment window, without leaving the site.

You receive an email for every payment outcome: confirmation, cancellation or failure, with the reason.

Ebooks: the download link is emailed automatically as soon as payment is confirmed, never before.

Items: delivered to the address given with the order within 24 to 48 hours in Benin, and within 72 hours to 10 days maximum outside Benin, from order confirmation. Check your parcel in the presence of the courier (see the Refund & Complaints Policy).

Return, cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the Refund & Complaints Policy. In short: no refunds for ebooks; for items, complaints within 24 hours of receipt, transport problems reported before the courier leaves, cancellation possible up to 24 hours after receipt with a partial refund of the price of the items (55%, 50% or 25% depending on when you ask) and return of the item, refunds within 7 business days. Service and shipping fees are never refundable.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. It cannot be engaged in case of misuse of products, failure to follow health recommendations, courier delays or force majeure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Benin. In case of dispute, contact us first to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Abomey-Calavi (Benin) will have jurisdiction.
