The security of your payments is essential. Here is how transactions are protected on beninfitaddict.com and how to protect yourself against fraud.
1. A specialized payment provider
All payments are processed by PayDunya, an online payment platform in West and Central Africa. Beninfitaddict collects no payments outside this platform.
2. Card payments
Your card details are entered only in PayDunya’s secure payment window. They never pass through our servers and are never stored by Beninfitaddict. Your bank may ask for additional authentication (3D Secure).
3. Mobile Money payments
A payment request is sent to your operator; you approve it yourself on your phone with your PIN, or in your operator’s app.
We will never ask for your Mobile Money PIN, whether by phone, WhatsApp or email.
4. Every payment is verified
An order is only confirmed after the payment has been verified directly with PayDunya, never based solely on information sent by the browser. The confirmed amount must exactly match the order total. Ebooks are only sent after this confirmation.
You are notified on the site and by email of every outcome: payment confirmed, cancelled or failed, with the reason.
5. Site protection
The site is served over HTTPS only (encrypted connection). Passwords are encrypted, the admin area is protected and the number of payment attempts is limited to prevent abuse.
6. Our advice
- Make sure you are on beninfitaddict.com before paying.
- Never share your Mobile Money PIN or card details with anyone.
- Be wary of messages asking you to pay outside the site or to another number.
- If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact your operator or bank immediately, then email us.
